Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Developer to support the U.S. Department of Agriculture under the Customer Revenue and Operations Planning program.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-level subject matter expertise for GIS development tasks
• Conduct functional systems analysis, design, integration, and implementation advice on complex problems
• Design and prepare technical reports, studies, and related documentation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 3 years of experience managing GIS Developers
• Proficiency in GIS software and tools such as ArcGIS or QGIS
• Experience analyzing functional business applications and design specifications
• Expertise in information system design and application programming on large-scale DBMS
