Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Front End Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop enterprise-level websites and digital experiences using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, React, and WordPress
• Drive strategy and lead technical vision on large-scale projects in collaboration with cross-disciplinary experts
• Engage with clients through demos and discussions, while mentoring other Front End Engineers

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a team of engineers and providing mentorship
• Portfolio of real-world coding samples, preferably hosted on GitHub
• Advocacy for coded style guides and componentized systems
• Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment
• Strong engagement in discussions with clients and team members
