Team Lead Full Stack Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Team Lead Full Stack Engineer to lead and mentor a team of software engineers while actively participating in coding and development.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, fostering collaboration and high performance
• Develop and deliver complete user stories or bug fixes while ensuring code quality through comprehensive testing
• Participate in hiring, sprint planning, and represent the team in leadership meetings

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a software engineer with a VueJS/PHP/MySQL/AWS stack
• 2+ years of experience integrating platforms through REST API frameworks
• Demonstrated experience with VueJS or React
• 3+ years of experience leading or mentoring engineering teams
• Background in telecommunications, VOIP, or CRM software is advantageous
