Key Responsibilities

• Lead the technical vision, architecture, and delivery of a cloud-native merchant optimization platform for renewable energy assets
• Design and build enterprise-grade controls and bidding applications for various U.S. wholesale electricity markets
• Collaborate with Product Management to translate market requirements into technical solutions and ensure timely product delivery

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, Energy Systems, or related field
• 7+ years of software development experience, ideally in energy, renewables, or grid-tech sectors
• Proven experience delivering production-grade software for distributed energy resources (DERs) and energy storage
• Strong foundation in wholesale market operations and DER optimization
• Proficiency in Python, Kubernetes, and cloud-native deployments
