Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Salesforce Development.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain custom applications on the Salesforce platform using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Flows
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to enhance CRM functionality and improve data integrity
• Provide technical guidance, conduct code reviews, and mentor junior developers and admins

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development, including Apex, SOQL, LWC, and Visualforce
• Deep understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, security, and data modeling
• Experience with Salesforce Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds in high-tech or SaaS environments
• Self-motivated with a high level of accountability and ability to manage multiple projects
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
