Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to identify, attract, and convert high-quality prospects into the sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and launch multi-channel demand generation campaigns while optimizing budget and targeting
  • Create and optimize gated content and landing pages to improve lead capture rates
  • Build and manage lead nurturing workflows and analyze performance metrics for campaign optimization
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA a plus)
  • 5-7 years of B2B lead generation or demand generation experience
  • Proven track record of meeting lead generation quotas and cost-per-lead targets
  • Deep understanding of B2B sales funnels and lead qualification processes
  • HubSpot power user with experience in Salesforce and Google Analytics
