Lead Implementation Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Implementation Engineer to manage the implementation process for clients and ensure their long-term success with the platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the implementation process for clients, ensuring successful setup and configuration of the platform
• Lead client projects, applying learnings to improve documentation, processes, and tools for efficiency
• Act as a technical consultant, driving the design and delivery of the platform while ensuring alignment with internal teams

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience, preferably in a startup environment
• 2+ years of experience integrating with web APIs
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and understanding code in multiple programming languages, including Python and JSON
• Experience with modern web frameworks such as React or Node.js is a plus
• Self-starter with superior time management skills to handle multiple external customers simultaneously
