Lead Onboarding Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Onboarding Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate project implementation efforts for strategic accounts and new programs
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers during implementation, customizing approaches to meet their needs
• Utilize project management tools to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 6 years with a Master's degree, or equivalent experience with PMI certification
• Experience managing implementation projects for enterprise customers
• Background in payments or financial services is preferred
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Smartsheets, Jira, and Salesforce
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities
