Lead Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Product Manager, Emerging Products.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the strategy for multiple emerging product lines, ensuring alignment with company objectives
• Drive end-to-end execution for high-impact, multi-stakeholder programs while balancing short-term delivery with long-term innovation
• Identify and validate opportunities by synthesizing market intelligence, competitive research, and customer insights into actionable product strategies

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience in fintech, embedded finance, payments, or lending
• Proven experience building and scaling financial products from 0 to 1 and beyond
• Deep technical acumen with experience leading API-driven product development
• Expertise in at least one core domain (card issuance, payment processing, lending, BaaS)
• Experience navigating regulatory, compliance, and risk frameworks in fintech environments
