Job Summary
A company is looking for a Lead Product Manager for Ads Auction and Measurement.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and drive the product roadmap for auction, bidding algorithms, pricing mechanisms, and budget pacing systems
- Partner with Engineering and Data Science to optimize auction-based ad selection systems and translate advertiser goals into algorithmic requirements
- Conduct independent data analysis of auction datasets to identify optimization opportunities and inform product decisions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of technical product management experience in auctions or online advertising
- Strong understanding of auction theory, optimization algorithms, and statistical modeling
- Proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools/languages (e.g., Python, R)
- Quantitative background; Master's or PhD in a related field is preferred
