Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Product Manager for its custody platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and scale the product strategy and roadmap for the custody platform to meet institutional client needs
• Integrate staking, yield, and prime services to create a cohesive institutional product suite
• Ensure compliance and regulatory alignment in product initiatives while delivering a secure and user-friendly experience

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management, particularly in custody or institutional infrastructure
• Strong understanding of institutional client governance, compliance, and operational needs
• Knowledge of digital asset security and operational risk management
• Experience in building integrated product ecosystems that balance user experience with control frameworks
• Proven ability to collaborate across various departments to deliver complex products
