Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Manager to enhance resident experiences and drive citizen engagement in government technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of product features, user journeys, and business value
• Drive program increment planning and align team objectives with strategic goals across value streams
• Maintain a well-groomed Jira backlog and ensure stories are clearly defined and sprint-ready

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of product management or related experience in an agile environment
• Experience in marketing automation and/or digital engagement platforms
• Fluency in Jira and/or Aha! tools
• Experience working with technical teams and understanding APIs or system architecture
• Familiarity with compliance, security, or regulatory requirements in product development
