Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Product Owner.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic partner to product stakeholders, championing user experience from discovery to delivery
• Partner cross-functionally with teams to support dual-track agile development and champion best practices in user experience
• Lead complex design initiatives while mentoring junior designers and contributing to team performance improvements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of professional experience in product/UX design
• Demonstrated expertise in at least two areas of UX design, visual design, prototyping, front-end development, user research, or experimental design
• Familiarity with AI, Natural Language Processing, and Machine Learning concepts related to product design
• Deep understanding of design systems and how to contribute to and consume components and patterns
• A flexible, iterative design mindset with the ability to adapt to evolving user needs and product requirements
