Lead Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Project Manager to manage delivery of strategic programs within their Direct-to-Consumer business.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead complex projects from strategy to execution, aligned with business OKRs and customer outcomes
• Align teams (Product, Engineering, etc.) to improve execution and identify risks early
• Mentor project managers and communicate delivery priorities to executives and external partners

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience delivering digital products in consumer tech, e-commerce, or FinTech
• Experience implementing delivery process improvements across departments or teams
• Familiarity with Product Operating Models, OKRs, and modern product development practices
• Certifications: PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or equivalent
• Expertise in Agile/iterative development methodologies and leadership
