Startup Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Startup Program Manager to lead startup engagement efforts and drive API adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and execute the program strategy to identify, recruit, and retain high-potential startups for API adoption
• Build and maintain relationships with founders, accelerators, and ecosystem partners to enhance program participation
• Design and execute onboarding processes and events to support startups in utilizing Vonage APIs effectively

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in program management, partnerships, or ecosystem development, preferably in startups or B2B SaaS
• Ability to design and manage multi-stage programs with measurable outcomes
• Strong relationship-building skills with experience engaging technical stakeholders
• Analytical mindset to track metrics and optimize program performance
• Familiarity with developer engagement and API adoption strategies
