Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Program Manager for Ship Integration and Test.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all program phases from capture and contract award through execution and closeout
• Manage contract scope including installation design products, test planning and execution, and ship integration efforts
• Lead capture and proposal activities in support of future growth opportunities

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Experience in defense contracting and Navy systems
• Strong background in program management with a focus on technical, schedule, and cost performance
• Proven leadership skills and ability to build strong customer relationships
• Experience managing a high-performing workforce
• Ability to drive innovative tools and process improvements
