Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Middle Project Manager to lead mid-size projects and ensure effective collaboration in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead mid-size projects following the PDLC process and manage project artifacts
• Facilitate requirement gathering, estimation processes, and change management initiatives
• Assemble and manage project teams, track task fulfillment, and own risk management activities

Required Qualifications

• At least 4 years of IT project management experience with a deep understanding of IT processes
• Experience managing teams of 10+ people and delivering multiple projects successfully
• Advanced proficiency in project support tools such as JIRA and Confluence
• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and a solid understanding of the SDLC
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Ukrainian or Russian is a strong advantage
