Job Summary
A company is looking for a Project Coordinator to support operational efficiencies in a remote, part-time role.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate meetings and travel logistics for the Executive Team and external stakeholders
- Design and maintain project management processes using Asana and support technical upskilling of team members
- Manage onboarding/offboarding tasks and participate in culture-building initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Three to five years of administrative or project coordination experience
- Proficiency in Asana, Microsoft 365, and Slack
- Experience managing multiple calendars and supporting travel logistics
- Ability to work hours that overlap significantly with US Eastern Time
- Experience working with global teams is a plus
