Director of Athlete Experience Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Portfolio & Program Management, Athlete Experience (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of portfolio and program managers to oversee the AX portfolio, including planning, managing, and reporting
• Facilitate cross-functional issue resolution and support strategic planning, prioritization, and budgeting across the portfolio
• Drive the implementation of agile and lean management processes while fostering a positive team culture

Required Qualifications

• 7-10 years of portfolio and/or program management experience in a mid to large organization, with at least 3 years in a Director role
• Proven track record in managing programs within the omni-channel retail industry
• Experience with complex, cross-functional business initiatives beyond technology projects
• Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field preferred
• Professional certifications such as PgMP, PMP, SAFe, CSM, or Lean Six Sigma are preferred
