Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager for a fully remote role supporting commercial packaging updates.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project representatives to review regulatory project Smartsheets and packaging schedules
• Coordinate with contract artwork service providers and internal stakeholders to meet production timelines
• Initiate and manage Veeva change controls for commercial artwork updates

Required Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor's degree preferred
• Must be based in the EST time zone
• Minimum experience in project management, change control, and labeling artwork management
• Pharmaceutical background preferred; experience in other regulated industries considered
• Ability to coordinate across multiple departments and manage tight timelines
