Key Responsibilities

• Scope and execute complex home projects in collaboration with Member Support and Field Operations teams
• Build and maintain relationships with high-quality subcontractors and vendors
• Own timelines, budgets, quality control, and client communication throughout the project lifecycle

Required Qualifications

• Background in home systems, such as a home inspector license or general contracting experience
• Experience in premium residential environments with high-touch clients
• Fluency in technology and experience with project and member management platforms
• Ability to manage vendors effectively, from solo tradespeople to larger subcontracting crews
• Expertise in pricing, material selection, and trade coordination
