Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager for a 100% remote 3-month contract with potential for extension or full-time conversion.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand legacy systems, migration plans, and integration points to contribute to technical discussions
• Analyze current vs. future-state systems to inform migration strategy and identify risks
• Coordinate end-to-end migration activities including data validation, testing, and post-launch support

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing complex, cross-functional programs
• 2+ years supporting Agile teams and practices
• Strong foundation in project management best practices
• Proven ability to operate independently and manage ambiguity
• Experience with people systems and operations teams
