Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's Degree in a technical or scientific field
• 2-4 years of experience in project, product, or portfolio management, preferably in IT service management (ITSM) within a SaaS environment
• Self-starter with strong organizational skills for managing multiple programs
• Experience in creating project artifacts and training users on new product implementations
• Familiarity with compliance standards such as HIPAA, CLIA, SOX, SOC2, and/or HITRUST
