Program Manager with PMP Certification

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager - 100% Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a multidisciplinary team in the sustainment and enhancement of AFRISS-TF and AFRISS-NG
• Ensure uninterrupted operation and compliance with cybersecurity requirements for AFRISS-TF while overseeing the transition to AFRISS-NG
• Engage with stakeholders, conduct briefings, and drive process improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience managing large-scale IT development and sustainment projects within the DoD or federal agencies
• Experience managing teams of 30+ personnel across multiple functional disciplines
• Prior exposure to AFRISS-TF, AFRISS-NG, or equivalent DoD recruiting systems is highly desirable
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification is preferred
