Salesforce Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Program Manager to oversee and manage Salesforce projects from initiation to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage project scope and progress, ensuring alignment with business objectives and documenting risks and dependencies
• Engage stakeholders to gather requirements and facilitate the implementation of Salesforce solutions
• Support systems analysis, business process re-engineering, and deliver high-quality requirements documentation

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in technical program management, particularly with Salesforce projects
• Deep understanding of Salesforce solutions and experience with systems analysis and requirements gathering
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder) are required
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Microsoft Project)
