• 12+ years of hands-on project management experience in a software vendor environment
• Experience delivering complex enterprise software to customers
• Ability to build strong relationships and manage tough conversations with clients
• Proven problem-solving skills and determination to tackle obstacles head-on
• Strong organizational skills for meticulous documentation and communication
