Portfolio Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Portfolio Program Manager to oversee client programs and ensure successful implementation and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage large programs or a portfolio of smaller client contracts, ensuring client satisfaction and compliance
• Direct multi-functional teams and provide management for direct reports, including program managers and contractors
• Forecast and manage program budgets, acting as the primary customer contact for program activities

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant project management experience
• 5+ years of people management experience
• Proven experience in forecasting, budget management, and P&L ownership
• Industry experience in energy efficiency, sustainability, or a related field (preferred)
• A Bachelor's degree (MS or MBA preferred)
