Senior Manager Process Design

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Manager/AD, Process Design & Deployment.

Key Responsibilities

• Consult with clients and D&I on program design to align with technical workflows and process standards
• Support Program Ops and BA in translating functional and technical workflows into CLS for seamless integrations
• Assist with data migration, technical workflows creation, and user acceptance testing as required

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience in project/operations management or customer service
• Extensive knowledge of HUB Operations, including Nursing, Reimbursement, and PAP experience
• Direct experience supporting client-facing teams and technology delivery teams
• Power User Salesforce CRM experience with capabilities in UAT and Hypercare
• Experience with data mapping and migration, and operational workflows to identify process improvements
