Job Summary
A company is looking for a PMO Program Specialist to manage client relationships and support contingent workforce engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with enterprise clients and manage the IC/SOW process life cycle
- Handle escalations, provide program education, and ensure timely invoicing and payment processes
- Drive process improvements and produce reports to analyze service delivery and stakeholder experience
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
- Procurement, technical, or business-related experience preferred
- Proficiency in developing professional relationships with clients and suppliers
- Experience with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and internet-based tools
- Demonstrated proactive initiative and ability to self-motivate
