Job Summary

A company is looking for a PMO Program Specialist to manage client relationships and support contingent workforce engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with enterprise clients and manage the IC/SOW process life cycle
• Handle escalations, provide program education, and ensure timely invoicing and payment processes
• Drive process improvements and produce reports to analyze service delivery and stakeholder experience

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
• Procurement, technical, or business-related experience preferred
• Proficiency in developing professional relationships with clients and suppliers
• Experience with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and internet-based tools
• Demonstrated proactive initiative and ability to self-motivate
