Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement site strategies for business growth and client relationship management
• Oversee technical delivery and ensure high-quality project outcomes while managing budgets and resources
• Lead and mentor teams, fostering professional development and performance excellence

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (and/or Masters) in Life Science, Engineering, or related discipline
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in advanced therapy, life science, pharmaceutical, or biotech sectors
• At least 6 years of experience managing high-performing teams
• Minimum of 6 years in business development or sales experience
• Experience as a trusted strategic advisor to organizational decision-makers
