Key Responsibilities

• Oversee project management team and ensure quality, budget, and schedule adherence for client engagements
• Monitor project processes for efficiency and identify opportunities for improvement
• Recruit, train, and mentor project management staff while managing project health and profitability

Qualifications

• 10+ years of client and project management experience, preferably in an agency setting
• Bachelor's Degree or Advanced Degree preferred
• Experience in managing project delivery, including schedule, scope, quality, budget, and risks
• Proven ability to nurture and mentor a team of project managers
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Kanban)
