Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager Non Tech.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, document, and manage activities related to experiments for the Experimentation program
• Oversee strategic planning of experiments, including test design, planning, and analysis of A/B tests
• Coordinate concurrent projects with multiple stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of overall experience in a related field
• 5+ years of experience with A/B testing platforms and toolkits
• 7+ years of experience with web analytics platforms and project management software
• 4+ years of experience with online/digital UX and eCommerce best practices
• Experience with operational responsibilities including sprint planning and project management methodologies
