Job Summary
A company is looking for a ServiceNow Project Manager to lead large-scale, cross-functional technology initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams in the delivery of ServiceNow programs and projects
- Manage day-to-day activities of project managers, deployment staff, and other team members
- Oversee project/program planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and conflict resolution
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in project management, particularly with ServiceNow
- Strong understanding of business and technical aspects of initiatives
- Experience in managing budgets, schedules, and performance metrics
- Knowledge of project/program governance and methodologies
- Familiarity with enterprise tools and platforms for collaboration
