A company is looking for a PMO Support Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, organize, and clean data from external partners to ensure accuracy and reliability
- Create templates and perform automation maintenance to support team efficiency
- Serve as a liaison between regional PMO teams and TechEx, ensuring effective information flow
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of administrative, operations, or project coordination experience in a remote environment
- Associate's degree or equivalent work experience
- Familiarity with electronic security and safety systems is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, Power Automate, SharePoint, and Azure DevOps
- Ability to work 8 am - 5 pm PST and meet security screening requirements
