Project Manager for IT and Cyber Security

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager: Managed IT and Cyber Security.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the service delivery process for Managed IT and Cyber Security Services, ensuring exceptional customer experience
• Oversee the primary management of Managed IT and Cyber Security projects and secondary management of VoIP installations
• Provide post-install customer support for trouble resolution, adjustments, training, and service requests

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with Managed IT, Cloud, and Cyber Security service installation and delivery
• 1+ years of project management experience preferred
• Expert knowledge of Managed IT, Cloud, and Cyber Security solutions
• Working knowledge of VOIP, SIP, PRI, Hosted Voice, and Carrier services
