Key Responsibilities
- Review and address inquiries from external and internal contacts
- Analyze contact drivers weekly and propose resolutions to reduce inquiries
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and recommend process improvements
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in a project coordinator, program manager, or related role
- Experience working at Microsoft Customer Service and Support or Sales (3-5 years preferred)
- 5-7 years of Tier 3 or Tier 4 Customer Service experience in the Technology industry
- Familiarity with designing/managing process flows and building process documentation
- Proficient in MS Office
