Senior Partner Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Partner Program Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Enterprise 5G partner enablement team to define partner requirements
• Define all aspects of the Specialization program including requirements and performance indicators
• Engage with internal stakeholders to align on partner program goals and processes

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in partner program development or complex program management
• Experience in designing partner programs for various partner types including Carriers and Resellers
• Understanding of a global two-tier distribution model
• Proven track record in planning and executing business strategies
• Experience with data analysis to optimize partner engagement
