Principal AI Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal AI Product Manager (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Advance responsible data and AI practices across the enterprise, organizing the Enterprise AI Safety Board and coordinating the AI steward network
• Oversee AI initiatives including platform adoption, workflow transformation, and employee training programs, ensuring effective rollouts and communication
• Develop programs to enhance AI knowledge within the organization, including an internal AI website and coordination of AI champions

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in technical program management, with some experience in AI
• Working knowledge of machine learning and foundational concepts
• Expertise in AI safety and governance, familiar with relevant regulations and ethical risks
• Ability to stay current on technology trends and AI developments
• Demonstrated success in early-stage product environments, being entrepreneurial and execution-oriented
