Required Qualifications

• BA/BS degree with 4+ years of experience in coordination, recruiting, program management, or operations
• Strong data analysis and analytical skills
• Experience leading multiple strategic projects with limited oversight
• Ability to influence across multiple teams and present process flow content to audiences
• Highly organized with the capacity to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently
