Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager Non-Tech 3.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead short-term infrastructure planning to ensure adequate server capacity and optimal fleet usage globally
• Conduct detailed data analysis to inform planning decisions and optimize resource allocation
• Organize and manage cross-functional initiatives and deliverables from initiation through implementation

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, Excel-based modeling, and operational planning
• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
• Proficiency in Excel for modeling, reporting, and scenario analysis
• Experience in coordinating across functions to align on capacity planning strategies
• Strong organizational skills with a process improvement mindset
