Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager to oversee customer onboarding, deployment, and implementation of projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management of customer onboarding, deployments, and solution implementations
• Manage the scoping, planning, and execution of professional services engagements
• Identify and mitigate project risks while providing regular status reporting to customers and internal leadership

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably within SaaS, cybersecurity, or enterprise software
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile certifications a plus)
• Experience managing customer-facing implementations and professional services delivery
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment
• Persistence, proactivity, energy, resilience, and passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
