Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead project management services for facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project management services for major and minor projects, including estimation and supervision
• Develop project scopes and schedules, and identify potential risks and logistical issues
• Coordinate vendor RFPs and interact with contractors and subcontractors

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience or equivalent education/military experience in Engineering Design or Construction
• Proficient in reviewing Design Intent Drawings and As-Built Drawings
• Experience overseeing new construction or renovations of older buildings
• Cost estimating experience, particularly with RS Means format
• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management is preferred
