Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor, Project Management / Client Delivery in Central Labs Services for Clinical Research.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations of customer or functional teams and manage resource allocation
• Grow and develop team members while ensuring performance objectives are met
• Instill a culture of continuous improvement and ensure customer commitments are delivered

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in clinical research or a similar industry
• 1 year of leadership experience or 3 years of client-facing experience
• Minimum required education: High School Diploma; preferred: University Degree
• Proven record of driving continuous improvement and successful project completion
• Strong change management skills
