Senior Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Program Manager, EC2, Capacity Customer Experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the capacity planning process, including understanding customer compute requirements and tracking hardware delivery
• Drive process improvements and collaborate with engineering teams to automate demand planning
• Engage with internal and external customers to communicate plans and outcomes effectively

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
• Experience owning program strategy and end-to-end delivery
• 2+ years of experience in driving process improvements (preferred)
• Master's degree or MBA in a relevant field (preferred)
