Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Project Manager - Productivity & Transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently manage and execute complex productivity and transformation projects
• Own the delivery of North America productivity targets, tracking progress and implementing mitigation strategies
• Communicate effectively with senior leadership and stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or related field (MBA preferred)
• 8+ years of experience in commercial, project management, transformation, or operational excellence roles
• Proven track record of delivering cost savings and productivity improvements
• Experience managing post-merger integration or cost synergy projects is highly desirable
• Strong understanding of AI applications in business operations is a plus
