Key Responsibilities
- Lead Implementation Planning for new customer service initiatives, ensuring clear scope and timelines
- Oversee Operational Readiness activities to ensure teams can support new tools and services effectively
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align on project requirements, risks, and dependencies
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of project or program management experience in customer service or operations
- Proven ability to collaborate and lead stakeholders across multiple departments
- Experience in preparing teams for go-live, including training and process design
- PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification preferred
- Experience with ServiceNow, CRM, or contact center technology is a plus
