Texas Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Program Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the delivery of digital products across multiple engineering teams
• Lead large digital initiatives supporting Super App and Health Services teams
• Manage stakeholders, risk mitigation, issue resolution, and develop KPIs and status reporting

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager or in a software engineering role
• 5+ years of experience with Agile development methodologies
• 3+ years of experience partnering with architecture, product, and PMO teams
• 2+ years in a leadership or technical lead role coordinating across cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field, or equivalent experience
