A company is looking for a Clinical Operations Project Leader to lead and support strategic initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and collaborate on projects to ensure operational readiness and compliance
• Manage cross-functional projects aimed at optimizing workflows and care delivery
• Monitor project performance using KPIs to drive continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in leading complex projects in a healthcare setting
• Experience working with executive leadership, including C-suite partners
• Hands-on experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems preferred
• Lean, Six Sigma, or similar quality/process improvement certification preferred
• PMP or other project management credential preferred
