Earned Value Control Account Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Earned Value (EV) Control Account Manager (Remote Considered).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage cost, schedule, and scope performance while ensuring compliance with Earned Value standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze performance, manage baselines, and support program execution
• Conduct internal earned value management surveillances and provide training and mentoring on EV metrics

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree and 6 years of relevant experience or equivalent experience
• Advanced understanding of Earned Value Management (EVM) and industry standards
• Experience with financial analysis and proficiency in Excel, including advanced formulas and pivot tables
• Familiarity with Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA) and Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) regulations
• Certifications such as Project Manager Professional (PMP) or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) are preferred
