Job Summary
A company is looking for a Staff Technical Program Manager (Reliability and Quality) to lead Quality and Reliability efforts across critical systems and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive the Quality & Reliability Program, establishing proactive practices and cultural expectations
- Lead cross-functional programs to enhance reliability and quality across various teams
- Establish and track Service Level Objectives (SLOs) while improving incident management and production readiness
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of program management experience, with at least 3 years in technical, reliability, or quality-focused domains
- Strong understanding of system architecture, distributed systems, and reliability engineering principles
- Experience with SDLC models, CI/CD pipelines, and incident management tooling
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
- Bonus: Experience in regulated or high-availability industries such as fintech, healthcare, or infrastructure
